I strongly endorse the use of Detroit Airport Towncars--a very professional, high-end company, from the booking experience to the actual service. I have been using their service for years. On my most recent trip back to the US, Vladimir, the driver, was very patient regarding the arrival delay. I was initially concerned, but he kept close tabs on the arrival time and contacted me to assure me he would wait, even with the long customs check. The weather during the drive was very icy and stormy. We even saw two accidents along the way, but Vladimir was clearly a very experienced driver and steered clear of bad weather and bad drivers. I want to point out that I rarely provide feedback on these forums, but this experience deserves special acknowledgement. I will definitely use this service again. Our family of four used this service to get an early ride from Toledo to DTW. Dennis arrived at my hotel early, the car was appropriately sized, clean, and very comfortable. We picked up remaining family members and made it to the airport safely (rainy and dark conditions) in plenty of time. I would book here again

I have used their services for business travel to and from the airport and both drivers I had on separate trips were friendly, conversational and professional. Highly recommend Nourreddine and Utkir as drivers and appreciate the company’s services. So much better than Uber or Lyft services I have had in the past.

Excellent service!! All drivers were very professional, personable and prompt. Drivers to and from the airport were safe, during bad and icy weather, and was a pleasant ride considering traffic and weather. Would highly recommend this company!!

My driver Mike was more than helpful to me. After he picked me up at the airport and on our way to my destination I realized I had lost my wallet. I was devastated. I immediately got on the phone with the airlines to report. Mike dropped me off at my destination an hour north of the airport. Within a couple hours I received a phone call from Detroit Airport Town Cars telling me they found my wallet in the back seat. I never really lost it!!!! Anyway Mike drove all the way back to my drop off point on his own time with his two kids to deliver my wallet to me. Very very grateful. When Mike arrived I happened to be visibly upset about my car not starting. He was so caring that he stayed and helped me get my car going. It wasn’t easy....it took several attempts and a couple hours!! But he got it going and again...I was super grateful!!! Mike was outstanding!! Thank you Mike and Detroit Airport Town Cars!!
